Meet Moo
Meet Moo! …. Moo is a Certified Therapy Dog through Paws for Love. Although only 18 months old, he has undergone unique and extensive professional training. He is fully insured and vetted. Moo works with me as a psychiatric service and therapy dog, and we are in the process of becoming a Certified Disaster Mental Health Canine Team. We make frequent therapy visits to nursing homes, funerals, school, and all kinds of other places. Although he enjoys all of his therapy visits, his favorite BY FAR is anything that involves kids! Moo loves to volunteer at the local libraries where children come in and read books and stories to him. Maybe you have seen us there! It’s hard to miss this big ball of fur and fun!
Moo is a Bernedoodle which means he is ½ standard poodle, ½ Bernese mountain dog. He is just about 100 lbs., does not shed, and is considered hypoallergenic.

- Improved vocalization and social interaction
- Therapy dogs have a soothing effect on children.
Ultimately, Dr. Brotz will determine if the use of the therapy animal is appropriate, but will only do so with your signed consent.
